Thanks for the reviews and the nice comments. I am glad you like the code.
@Avinoam: You said, you will take care of Hartmuts suggestions. Is there
anything left that I should do?
Regarding `imwarp`: There is always more that can be done. However, the next
thing I want to implement is bicubic interpolation in `interpn`. Next, I
probably look at bicubic interpolation in `interp1` and after that, I could
make a start on `imwarp`.
