GNU Octave (GUI) keeps crashing when opening. Occasionally it starts loading
the window then says (not responding) and closes. All other times it comes up
with an almost blank screen for a few seconds then closes. The GNU Octave
(CLI) works fine. I am on Windows 11 Octave version 7.3.0

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my computer, and
running as an administrator multiple times.
