Yeah, unless they *ship* your library with it linked against a proprietary OpenCL lib. Then maybe it gets blurry (well not for me: *I'd* consider that a GPL violation). But even they, they are doing something wrong, not you.

Put another way, the fact that someone else *could* do something with your software that would be a GPL violation by no means stops you from developing it.
