Hi David,

the "ins_basic.xml" settings file only contains the ins pitch and roll
defaults as you saw... what you want to use is "tuning_ins.xml".
I just committed "basic_ins.xml" settings file that is basically the
same as "basic.xml" (for infrared) but for IMU based airframes
Also you should use "default_fixedwing_imu.xml" as your telemetry
file. Also in the commit I just made I added the raw_sensors and
scaled_sensors telemetry modes.

I guess we need to clean up the settings and telemetry files, maybe
even something like a mechanism to automatically select relevant
settings files for subsystems...

Anyway, using "tuning_ins.xml" as settings file and
"default_fixedwing_imu.xml" as telemetry file you should have a tab
called mode where you can set the telemetry mode to raw (should now
also be labeled).
