Subject: [PATCH v7 00/10] Misc clean ups to target/ppc exception handling

These are some small clean ups for target/ppc/excp_helper.c trying to
make this code a bit simpler. No functional change is intended. This
series was submitted before but only partially merged due to freeze
and conflicting series os thia was postponed then to avoid conflicts.

v7:
- New patch adding gen_exception_err_nip() as suggested by Nick
- Remove unneeded else branch after return

- rebase on master
- added R-b tags and changes from Harsh

- keep logging nip pointing to the sc instruction
