I added 'xcrun' to the low-level-links step and finally rebased this LONG
commit (-2193 and +2468 lines!) over the 'maneage' branch as Commit
c151eddbcc5f <http://git.maneage.org/project.git/commit/?id=c151eddbcc5f>. 

So I am closing this task now :-D. I'll comment/cose all the related tasks
soon too.

Raul, later, if there is still a problem with 'rpcsvc-proto' on macOS, can you
please define a bug?
