I thought that webmasters decided a little while ago that they didn't
need direct privileges on project repositories?
What? Not that I ever heard of. I never saw any suggestion of or
discussion about this whatsoever.
At any rate, *I* need it, in my "maintainers" capacity more than my
"webmasters" capacity. All the time.
