Ooops! I have just updated /etc/email-addresses manually and it should work
now; but I have to find out which script updates /etc/aliases with
the list of Savannah users and have it update /etc/email-addresses instead.
Some time ago a discovered that the problem exim was having when trying to
send e-mail from a Savannah user without a gnu.org account, could be solved by
using a rewriting rule at the end of the exim.conf file, which tells exim to
read "user"'s e-mail address from a file (/etc/email-addresses) rather than
assuming that the e-mail address is address@hidden
I mentioned this change in this lists for I forgot to make sure the scripts
that update /etc/aliases updated /etc/email-addresses too. If that's not easy
to do, I will then cahnge exim.conf and make it read /etc/aliases (it would be
better to keep aliases and real e-mail addresses separated though).
