Hi,
I'm sorry but we cannot host your project here. In this server we only host
projects that can be fully used by users of only Free Software (for instance
GNU/Linux without any proprietary packages installed). Even though your
project is Free Software, it is of no use unless one has a C# compiler, which
is proprietary.  You could only host your project here if a free
implementation of C# existed and your project worked well with it.

(P.S.: I received the tarball that you sent us. I suggest that you add a copy
of the text version of the GPL and the complete copying permission statement
--- 3 paragrpahs and not just one --- in every source file, as explained in
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html)
