This package wants to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

This is a project to develop web application that can be used by any commpunity 
to do event management. 

This web application will have features such as advertising new events, allow 
the members to register or un-register themselves for an event, as well as to 
see other members who are in that event. It also helps members to communicate 
to each other. More features will be added as this project progresses.

I am planning to user MySQL as data storage and PHP as scripting language.

This project is intended to be Open Source.

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
