We have stuff to do like moving RCS files from place to place and linking
modules together (a particularly useful trick with java code
indcidentally).

I do CVS admin of this kind on subversions as well. But I'm not always
able to do it speedily. Having 2 classpath hackers with good knowledge
of CVS is a good idea I think.
