I asked Michael Foord to use standout.py sometime ago, and he answered:

but I haven't any reference about the licence, I'll ask him again.

OK, I'm including licence in all files in my package (adding it in tar files).

libbatch is a Python library writen by me, I think I had included the GPL 
header in it.

I'll wait for Michael answer and then I'll resend all with the changes.
