Hello.

I don't understand your point.

On the one hand you submit a project for inclusion in GNU on the other hand
you don't acceppt the guidlines from the FSF.

You can still change your license notices to be compatible with the guidlines
(GPL V2 or any later version) or we'll remove your project.
