[Sks-devel] next problem

WORKS:
        cd /var/sks
        sks db &

DOES NOT WORK:
        cd /
        sks db -basedir /var/sks
 -or-
        sks -basedir /var/sks db

the "-basedir" option seems to be ignored.  This is, btw,
another case of having to use trial and error to figure out
how to use the software, because it's not documented...

The output of "sks help" or "sks -help" does not help :(

It seems to me that every new user of "sks" is going to run into
the same problems and ask the same quesions.  Wouldn't it be
more effective to write documentation once rather than answer
the same questions ad infinitum?
