Yes, that is correct.  This is Corel 11, but based on archive messages
it seems several other tools produce the same type of problem.

If this is truly recalculating the bounds of the vector objects, then
the swf library shares the same defect as the Corel exporter -- putting
a padding around things.  It seems like it is considering a very thick
invisible border line around objects -- one which doesn't exist.

This series of commands appears to replicate what my patch does. I'll
use this instead.
