That was always my suspicion as well, but it really happens to all Corel
exported files. And I decompiled one with swfmill and looked through the
list of items.  If there was something there doing it, then I couldn't
find it (though admittedly I'm not an SWF expert)

Attached, help_3 is one where the original size is completely off, and
help_2 is a more normal one.  In both cases a slight padding remains
even after bounds optimization.

It should be noted that the individual objects all seem to have the
padded bounds, not just one or two.


NOTE: To visually see the problem I load one of these SWFs and create a
gray background box the same size as the loaded file.  The right/bottom
then is gray, where the image should be (the padding).  The padding to
the top/left is not seen as it is below the zero threshold, thus the
object is correctly top-left aligned despite the padding.
