Fixed.

I changed all of those I found for now.

Fixed.

Sorry, I don't know what exactly you are refering to. 
Can you please help me here? 

I also changed the status line in the mainWindow. It should be i18n
friendlier now.

Fine. As you probably already noticed, I'm a i18n novice. But I'm
willing to change the code to make it better suited. But I need help
here :)

Most (only #4 is missing so far) is fixed in the subversion tree. Do
you rather like to use this tree or shall I put a additional tarball
with those fixes online?

Thanks a lot for your effort. I think we can take synaptic together to
a new i18n level :)
