[Texmacs-dev] Spell checking

With the latest version of ispell (ispell-3.2.06-3), the name of 
dictionaries are localized, that means that for all users other than 
English users, spell checking within TeXmacs is a nono, unless a 
symbolic is created in the directory where the dictionary is located.

For example under Fink, the dictionaries are located in /sw/lib, so for 
french dictionary, the command is:

cd /sw/lib
sudo ln -s francais.hash french.hash
