I just had a look in the schematics, the Arduino Mega 2560 has a serial port
routed to PE0/PE1 from the mega16u2 (M8TXD, M8RXD). Those pins go to an Arduino
Header. Maybe with some resistors you can use the the mega16U2 as RS232 to USB
converter. But note that the RFA1 tolerates max. 3.8V, Arduino is 5V technique
(from the last millenia :-)) Or you go with a USB to RS232 converter, like this

you clear a jumper)
