In the care of the Giant Mudcrawler go ahead and change it. (Since he came in with TRoW I can speak with some authority there). Or I can change it... I think as a rule of thumb we've always been free to fix 'bugs'. I think mis-ordered attacks would qualify as a bug. Add code to fix it... could that possibly be overkill :) [Not that I'm particularly opposed to the idea]
