I agree... this sounds great. Of course a good implementation
will not only require a webserver and some scripts, but also a
real human being who takes the initiative in asking people to
add "todo" items and then keep them up-to-date.

I think the DotGNU vision is big enough that there'll always be
something for everyone.

Are you volunteering to lead and maintain the "DotGNU task list"
project? :-)

Generally, I like this very much.
Let me try to help move this forward a bit with a couple of comments...

How about this?
TODO: Write specifics of a plan to use as much as reasonably
possible of the class library maintained my the Mono project (to
which apparantly Intel and HP are planning to make significant
contributions).

Let's not forget that we need strong crypto stuff, too.
