The GTK+ port already uses its toolkit toolbars. The Cocoa/GNUstep
port at http://emacs-app.sourceforge.net/ also uses them and I think
it will be available for Emacs 23.
For the Carbon port, some experimental code is working on my side, and
it will be installed to the trunk when a few minor problems get fixed.
