It is easy to do with GtkPlug/GtkSocket. The XEmbed protocol is used so I
guess KDE/Qt can embed Emacs also. But it is easy in Gtk+ Emacs only. I've
attached a screen shot of a simple demo. Note the two menu bars. Emacs is
running as an separate process.
