Not from the point of view of the packager or anyone who has a 64 bit
machine. MSYS2 builds 32 bit executables with the same effort as the 64
bit ones, it only depends on which shorcut you use to start the shell or
the contents of an environment variable. Then you just install the
resulting package on the target machine.
