Nationality may be multiple to many people.
Instead, it is better if you ask for "Country where you are located"
as what is of interest is "where are users" located but what is their
nationality is rather personal question that does not matter for
Emacs.
By understanding where are users located, one may know which languages
to develop for Emacs, or what to do, but with their nationality, what
you want to do with it?
