I am using IceWM all the time. It is because it is fastest one. And I
use Lucid toolkit for Emacs because it appears more stable, more neat
to me. It is personal preference. I don't think that toolkit for Emacs
is related to Window manager's toolkit, it may be related only by
personal subjective preferences.
