Interesting, personally I think twm and uwm are obsolete window managers
lacking even the most basic Unicode support.

So things like _NET_WM_NAME do not work.  Oh well.

How about saying "under some situations, moving the mouse pointer into a
frame may also cause the @dfn{implicit focus} to move to that frame"
instead?
