tested svn r277.

found that fluid_synth_unset_program() doesn't seem to work anymore.

i would expect the channel to be unset (ie. unassigned) but it looks
like it gets reset to default bank=0, program=0;

fluid_synth_get_channel_info() also returns that the channel is still
assigned (bank=0, program=0).
