There (currently) is no `tla server'; tla uses the filesystem (whether or not
via a remote mechanism); you can do anything you can do with files.

Is there a reason why the other mechanisms that have been proposed for
achieving the same functionality as `ACLs' or mail-via-a-server-hook aren't
sufficient?
