Well; at first I am only interrested in creating one repository that all 
users update and commit in/to.  If users want to create their own branch; 
they will have to do that on their own machine :)
And when they do; I couldn't care less about policies they use on their own 
machine..

Thanx for the info, I'm pretty sure an auto-committer tool will appear 
before my collegues are ready for such a tool :)
