Hence the "might use subversion" above. We might just stick with CVS
until tla 1.4 :-)

Don't switch, then.  Stick to CVS.  From my perspective: Subversion
will increase your costs far more than it reduces them.

When your team is ready to mature its processes -- let us know.
That's the time to adopt arch.

Well, I'm going to start using arch in its simplest mode for a bit and see what I think.
