(Sorry, I am a bit late for sending the invitation and the timing is
border line considering our documents.  Hope it’s fine for one day.)

This email is the invitation for the Extraordinary General Assembly:

                         26th May, 19h (CEST)

The BigBlueButton link will be provided later.  Stay tuned! :-)

Please make your possible to be present on May 26th, it would allow us
to reach the quorum (2/3) and thus avoid to unite again 15 days later –
see below.  In case the quorum on the 26th May would not be reached,
please book the June, 10th.

Here the agenda for this “annual” Assembly:

   1. Activity report by the Presidency
   2. Financial report by the Treasury
   3. Election of the new Presidency and Treasury
   4. Election of the Solidary Administrative Council (SAC)
   5. Name change: Guix Europe -> Guix Foundation
   6. Misc.

About #1, please send me or report to me any action you consider that
are part of the association activities – action you or else did. :-)

About #3, please raise your hand if you are candidate.  


Why Extraordinary General Association?  Because renaming the association
(#5) means that the statutes are modified, therefore current Article 12
applies.
