Yes.  People with working lilypond-book files will want to use them in
2.6.0, and there's no reason why they should modify all their .lytex 
files to
include \usepackage.  Especially if they would delete that line later, 
in 2.6.4 (or
whenever we decided which package to use).  And we'd need to change
the docs to reflect the new requirement of the explicit \usepackage.

Why not use graphics for now?  It can always change later on.

Different circumstances -- I've got a four-page piece with only one 
rest that's near the midway
point.  I'd like to force a pagebreak at that rest to allow for page 
turning.
