I don't actually know, but I have the problem over here, and so do some 
others.

Can you tell me the output of the following commands?

* locate feta-alphabet20.pfa

* lilypond --version

* otool -L  /path/to/lilypond

* dpkg-query -l pangoft2'*' pango'*' fontconfig'*' freetype'*'
