Note that these are 404 errors on the server, coming from requests to the 
server. This does not mean that the document in the referrer is still on the 
server. Search engines typically cache pages and later on crawl all links. 
Even if a page disappears, it (and its links) will still be checked for quite 
some time...
That's why using 404 errors are not really that useful. I prefer link 
checkers. The current output from the 2.11 docs (build with makeinfo) is at:
http://kainhofer.com/~lilypond/linkchecker-out.htm
