The problem isn't lilypond-texi2html.init but the missing Japanese doc
PO.  I apologize for the mess with committing Japanese docs, which
probably comes from some distraction during Christmas holidays one year
ago, which was unfortunately the same time 2.12 was branched out from
master without any previous notice.

I succesfully completed an out-of-tree build that provides node names
with translations, so pushed to stable/2.12 missing Japanese docs bits;
I bet it will work for GUB too.
