I have now added groups of 2 - 6 staves without any clef. This should suffice,
right?
And I have added an option to set the indent of the first system to 0.

PS: Strange enough, if I use inside the paper block the setting
indent = #0
it does not work, but if I use
indent = 0
it works. Why is there a difference between a scheme number and a lilypond
number?
