I was too tired to do it yesterday.  I'll do it sometime tonight.
Someone commented on IRC that I had done it backwards (nvm to
nvm.debian).  That wasn't backwards, I just wanted to bring the
nvm.debian branch in synch with nvm to avoid unnecessary clashes, so
the merge back to nvm goes as smoothly as possible.
