I'm not sure if this is actually the right thing to do in this
particular case, but it's probably useful to know that you can drop a
file that no longer (physically) exists in your workspace with `mtn
drop file_thats_not_there_anymore`; monotone doesn't care if it's
there or not, the filename in this case is basically just a way of
indexing into the database (AFAICT).
