You are right, I'm thinking ssh. I have not used ssl directly.

There's http://www.monotone.ca/wiki/NetsyncTodo/ . We could just add
stuff at the beginning of that.

Or create a new wiki/Netsync2.0 (or 3.0? what version is the current netsync?)
