Details:

I installed octave-5.2.0 from the windows installer
octave-5.2.0_1-w64-installer.exe, into dir c:/install/octave-5.2.0.
Installation works fine, I launch octave GUI, and then I type pkg load io, and
get this error:

>> pkg load io
warning: addpath: __OH__/share/octave/packages/io-2.4.13: No such file or
directory
warning: called from
    load_packages_and_dependencies at line 48 column 5
    load_packages at line 47 column 3
pkg at line 461 column 7

Indeed in "C:\install\Octave-5.2.0\mingw64\share\octave\octave_packages"

There are these lines for the io package.

# name: dir
# type: sq_string
# elements: 1
# length: 38
__OH__/share/octave/packages/io-2.4.13

Is this the way it is intended to be?
