Follow-up Comment #34, bug #57033 (project octave):

Regarding issue #3, extra locations for header file: Do we *know* that this is
an issue?  Or do we only suspect this is an issue?  Unless we know there is a
problem, the easiest thing to do would be to just use the existing code.  If
user's find that they can't compile there will be complaints on the bug
tracker and we can then verify what other locations need to be added.
