Follow-up Comment #17, bug #63791 (project octave):

I agree to all the recommendations.  But I look at it as software design issue
rather than memory issue.  The array size to solve is 100mb.  The required
memory is higher than 8gb.  

I also would suggest that you consider to put a note in the document for this
very high memory requirement. The required resource verse the size of the
array is truly disproportional.   

The same command with 10x larger size ran through matlab on a 16gb (not this
one) laptop, which was what I logged the issue originally with, as a matlab
compatibility issue.  Somehow it was changed to unexpected error.

Pls close the report.  As my note earlier, I do have my own solution before I
logged the issue.  I will just continue to use my own.   Thanks.
