Savannah-hackers are in fact admins of the savannah engine, and so the
machine subversion.gnu.org
But mailing-list used to be managed by fencepost.gnu.org and are no
managed by monty-python.gnu.org

Mailing-list problems can be related to both subversion and
monty-python, just like in your case.

system-hackers deals with *.gnu.org system-wide matters, not
especially savannah. If your problem is clearly with savannah, you
will get an answer faster by asking at savannah-hackers.

The fact is we do not have a clue of the origin of the trouble at
savannah, since, according to your project history
http://savannah.gnu.org/project/admin/history.php?group=coreutils
your project was rightly set as part of the gnu project since the
beginning.
