There does not exist a strict "GNU" OS also.
By "strict" I mean the one that does not have any non-GNU software.

That is because the GNU system includes many non-GNU programs.

The point of GNU is to be a complete free operating system. That was
a lot of work. To have written every part of that system ourselves
was never part of our goal. On the contrary, the job was so large
that we had to use whatever free programs were available and would fit.

Even using such programs as others released, we had a gigantic job to do.

Why don't you guys take all GNU software, add a linux kernel, make an
ISO images and put it onto your website? Noone could ever argue that
    it's not a GNU OS.

Maybe they couldn't, but this doesn't address the issue. The systems
distributed by Red Hat and Mandrake are also variants of GNU, and we
want the public to know that. See
http://www.gnu.org/gnu/gnu-linux-faq.html#gnudist for more
explanation.

Unfortunately I am too overloaded to respond to any more than this.
Have you looked in http://www.gnu.org/gnu/gnu-linux-faq.html for the
other points that you raised?
