These versions of commit_prep & log_accum appear to have greatly
diverged from the versions distributed with CVS 1.12.13.  It would be
extremely helpful if someone could send me either the diff from your
base versions of commit_prep & log_accum (they don't appear to be
available in your repository) or, better yet, the diff containing the
result of merging the important changes from the aformentioned diff into
the versions of commit_prep & log_accum which can be found at:
<http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/cvs/ccvs/contrib/>.

ChangeLog entries would also be appreciated.
