RMS informed me that he had just been informed that the commit_prep and
log_accum scripts used by Savannah were otherwise being maintained as
parts of the CVS distribution and asked if I would be interested in a
change he had recently added to log_accum. I said yes, but I had been
assuming said change would arrive as a succinct diff.
In general, I would be happy to merge Savannah customizations to
commit_prep and log_accum into the CVS distribution, given a well-formed
patch or patches, preferrably with detailed ChangeLogs, but I don't
really have the time now to unfork the files myself.
