* Are we sure we want the link to the help file in the menu?
On Vista the other help file might be needed. People can reach
the help directly from WinBoard, so I don't see much need for
this link. (The README and FAQ are helpful.)

This seems to be common practice, though I don't really understand why either.

Well, I conjecture then that this is because most packages are short of ideas
what to put in the menu group, and don't want it to look empty. Ours looks
over-crowded already, though.

So I propose to leave it out, This to prevent that on some systems we will have
non-functional links because it is the wrong type of help. By forcing people to
access the help through WinBoard, they will automatically get the help that works.

I already got feedback for three issues in the installer, from the ChessWar chat.
There is a misspelling of Auxiliary in the components page, the winboard.ini
contained a non-reative filename for the autoSaveGame file, and -autoSave true
is an undesirable setting anyway, as at best the games will go to a place where users would not be able to find them. I will add removing the help menu to that.

I discovered that I still have a ton of warnings on the wsettings.c file. I guess I
should fix this too before making the final compile that goes in to the install.
