That seems to be a common error. I know at least two others who had the same 
problem, and there are possibly more who didn't bother contacting anyone 
about it.

As I never got any positive response, I'm not how to correct it. It's 
certainly Python related, though. What version of Python do you have 
installed?

Do you have multiple versions of Python installed?

Did the 'make' in the data package produce any errors?

Would be cool if we could track down the problem, in case I get another mail 
about it.
