Perhaps @foo should default to @smallfoo in @smallbook.

What about adding @bigfoo environments?

Translation table:

NEW             Was previously:

Normal mode:
@bigfoo         @foo
@foo            @foo
@smallfoo       @smallfoo

smallbook mode:
@bigfoo         @foo
@foo            @smallfoo
@smallfoo       @smallfoo

a) Does this sound reasonable?
b) Is anyone willing to implement it?
